who we are

Julie Postance is the founder and director of iinspire media, a global company that helps visionary individuals write, publish, and promote their books, bringing their message to the world.   
As a speaker, teacher and consultant, Julie guides her students and audiences to find their truest voice and own their visibility through publishing a book that makes an impact in the world.  
As the author of Breaking the Sound Barriers, 9 Deaf Success Stories, Julie has helped thousands of families of deaf children lead happy, thriving lives.  She has ghost-written books on subjects ranging from health and fitness, baby sign language, cosmology and dating, all of which have impacted their audiences. She is also the proud single mom of miracle twin boys, Ollie and Arie.  
Donita Richards is a freelance writer, editor, bookseller, and writing coach, and the co-founder of Bad Writers Club, a creative community where writers of all levels can learn, grow, and take risks in a supportive, judgement-free space.
With a background spanning fiction, creative nonfiction, and editorial development, Donita brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to every project she undertakes. As a writing coach, she is passionate about helping others find their voice and build confidence on the page.
Through Bad Writers Club, Donita facilitates workshops, courses, and events that champion bold storytelling, imperfect first drafts, and the transformative power of showing up.
